Demonstrations with Master Artists
Join Lac du Flambeau master artists as they demonstrate the Woodland
arts of decoy carving, birch bark basketry, beading, hand drums and
traditional flute-making. They will also lead a conversation on the practice
and preservation of Woodland Indian arts and culture.

Traditional Ojibwe Feast and
Native Arts Raffle
Local culinary master and Lac du Flambeau Tribal member Robyne
Thompson is back this year to offer up a variety of traditional Ojibwe
foods with a uniquely contemporary twist. Mint tea, wild rice, fish,
vegetables, berry desserts, and yes, hot-out-of-the-oil fry bread! Every year
the menu continues to evolve. Join the artists for this delicious event!
